Chill Roller Repair
Upon finding some metal dust during a routine inspection of the chill roller, we found the shaft was worn. This was an essential repair.
We carefully removed this roller and was able to get a repair carried out, saving dramatically on the cost of a new chill roller.

Encoder and coupling
Using machine schematics', I traced an intermittent fault back to an inline motor encoder and coupling. Using safe working techniques I exchanged these parts in a high level, hard to access location.

Chiller install
Multiple Temperature Control Units (TCU) were left over heating. This was due to there being no external chilled water feed.
After calculating the amount of cooling required I sourced a new chiller and installed to the machine wiring so that it comes on/off with the machine. This regulated the TCUs and improved machine quality and performance.
